By accessing or using the Cluex email clustering platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Cluex is a web-based application designed to help users manage their Gmail inbox by automatically clustering related emails and providing AI-assisted reply drafting capabilities. The Service requires you to grant Cluex access to your Gmail account via Google OAuth.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our Service utilizes artificial intelligence (Google Gemini API) to suggest email replies and summaries. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or incomplete.It is strictly your responsibility to review, edit, and verify all AI-generated drafts before sending them. Cluex assumes no liability for any consequences arising from emails sent using our AI suggestions.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Cluex, you agree to:

  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Not use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose, including sending spam or unsolicited mass emails.
  • Not attempt to disrupt or compromise the integrity, security, or performance of the Service.

5. Google API Compliance

Your use of the Service is also subject to Google's terms and policies. By connecting your Gmail account, you authorize us to access your data strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Google's API Services User Data Policy, specifically adhering to the Limited Use requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cluex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
